HEI’s dedicated staff is experienced in engineering design for higher education, K-12 education, retail/restaurant, entertainment/hospitality, industrial, government, healthcare, among other market sectors. Having a staff consisting of several professionals registered in 49 states allows us to provide engineering services for clients throughout the United States. The Summit Classroom Building at University of St. Thomas is a renovated facility for UST students studying healthcare and other family sciences. The renovation, completed in 2022, also included 30+ offices, study areas for students, 5 new classrooms, and a reception area for the nursing school. Hallberg Engineering provided MEP services as well as Commissioning services for this project.
Healthcare requires proper system function 100% of the time. Hallberg Engineering designed the mechanical and electrical systems for the recently renovated PET/CT room at St. Luke's Hospital. 📍#DuluthMN

LGA Partners recently collaborated on the next-generation design for DTLR, Inc. stores at Spotsylvania Towne Centre in Fredericksburg, VA. The expansion of the existing store features more robust wayfinding and Fredericksburg-specific signage, fresh finishes, and new fixture and lighting packages.
